Suits the price but needs improvement
Location-wise, room space, convenient lobby, attentive staff
Tilam tenggelam, toilet needs more cleaning (there are hair left near the shower), stains on toilet seat & toilet bowl, room is dusty, the all-in-one shampoo/body shower smells weird, room smells weird too, the ventilator in the toilet is not functioning

Horrendous horrendous horrendous
The first room they gave us looked like someone was just in there, beds were slept on, lights were turned on with the hotel card still stuffed in the card slot, there's a used hand towel in the sink. We went out immediately to get a room change and the receptionist didn't even apologise and just told us to go to another room. And it looked like he pretended to call housekeeping "check" on the issue. The new room they gave us wasn't much better either. 1. The floor was sticky. We had to wear our slippers in the room as it was too disturbing to walk around in our bare feet. 2. 6 out of the 7 hangers they provided were broken. 3. the safety deposit box looked like someone's used sock was sticking out of it 4.the bathroom had mold everywhere, the shower tiles looked like it hadn't been clean for a few weeks. 5. The minibar looks absolutely horrendous and there was still someone's plastic trash on it. 6. The beds were old and sunken in. Uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed head is torn and has holes on both sides. 7. The bidet was leaking from the sides when turned on. 8. The hairdryer's wiring was exposed to the elements. It was blowing air but not hot and obviously not going to dry anything.
